Rajiv Donde

Rajiv Donde has extensive banking, risk management and software development experience. Mr. Donde worked as a bank regulator for the State of Ohio and was head of risk management for a private deposit insurance company. He has authored and developed Early Warning Systems (EWS), to monitor the performance of financial institutions and detect operating weaknesses. In 1996, he co-founded AnyTime Access, an Internet-based lending bank software company, and saw it through to successful acquisition in 2000.

Rajiv Donde has held several C-level positions in both the healthcare and banking industries. He has a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and information systems from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.

Carl Daniel
Senior Software Architect

In 2004, Carl Daniel and his associates co-founded Laru. While developing Laru software products, he provided consulting, technology design and development services to national companies and area banks, including Washington Mutual. Carl is responsible for the design and development of all of Laru’s software products and roadmap.

Carl has 30 years of professional experience covering all phases of software development, from initial concept design through technical support as well as serving as tech editor on advanced software programming books. He has been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award for nine years.

Carl received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Sacramento.
